DARKROOM HIRE
Chan Photographic Limited has 5 darkrooms available for hire, each fitted with 2 enlargers, one for fogging / pre-flashing. The space has an RA4 colour paper processor that can print up to 30” wide by the paper height. There is also a black and white processor that is available, but please specify if you’re printing black and white so we can accommodate!
Photographers who have no prior darkroom printing experience must take one of our handprinting workshops offered monthly. Please email for availability and to sign up!
Darkroom T&C’s:
09:45 to 18:00 (full day)
09:45 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 18:00(half day)
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MACHINE TURNS ON AT 10:00.
Cancellation needs to be made 48 hours prior to your selected date; we charge a cancellation fee of £25.00 if cancelled beyond the 48 hours’ notice period. Bookings made in 48hrs or less are non-refundable.
Please notify the darkrooms team if you’ll be printing B&W when making your darkroom booking, a fee of £15.00 is added if printing B&W.

Bookings are only confirmed once deposit payment of £25.00 has been made.
Deposits are refunded before 48hrs notice of cancellation; any less time are non-refundable.
